Since 1983, Lynn has dedicated herself to growing people. From creating ‘looks” for guests in the salon to developing Redken Artists and designing education events, and most recently, since 2006, have been devoted to growing salons bottom line and helping in developing salon teams.

As a Redken and Pureology Salon Development Manager, Lynn has been instrumental in providing salons solutions for success, by growing retail to service up to 28%, gaining and retaining new guests and increasing re-booking in salons with measureable results.
